Small changes, big impact

One of our current projects involves revamping the menu of a family owned restaurant. Revamping and rebranding can be a challenging process. It is one that demands strategy, planning, and preparation for the unknown and unanticipated
When working with our clients, context is important.  We want our clients to understand, connect with, and feel comfortable embodying any insight or strategy put forth by a VM Professional.

Take Wendys for example. Last fall we began to notice that something was . .  well . . . maybe a little different about Wendy. They didn’t just seek to change the menu, they understood that their rebrand had to touch every aspect of their revered restaurant chain Building asthetics to customer service, the taste of their food to their present ad campaign.

Did you know the brand has had almost 50 different slogans since 1970 – they certainly have no fear of change! Revamping all of these components are designed to paint a picture to us - the consumer - on how the chain plans to service us today and beyond.

Here are a few not so familiar changes we can expect from this familiar brand:

  • Remodeled stores to include digital menu board (how awesome!), fireplaces, and WiFi Access
  • Mobile Nutrition smart phone app
  • New Employee Uniforms

We certainly wish them success but we’re even more excited to support our client in revamping their menu and branding their business.  Stay Empowered ~
